Health care IT group turned to MATRIX to consult on the creation and establishment of their IT Project Management Office (PMO), including the design of a SharePoint PMO portal for IT staff and management utilization.
MATRIX Solution: 

MATRIX provided a Senior Project Manager, over a ten (10) week period, to consult on current PMO structure, processes, and policies and recommend a future PMO model, including organization, policies, processes, and templates. The MATRIX team presented their recommendation to CIO who accepted the proposed solution and tasked the newly appointed PMO Lead with its implementation. MATRIX also recommended MS SharePoint requirements for a support SharePoint PMO site.
