Typical user support for this client is provided by many disparate transactional applications that are based upon a number of SQL and Oracle database platforms. The client wanted help to migrate them from .NET to Java – Oracle. This required a Client Portal to allow users to manage the entire financial suite of services from one convenient interface.
MATRIX Solution: 

MATRIX Professional Services was selected because of our key resource experience in using alternate .NET development tools that would allow the client’s assigned development team to learn in support of their future transition from .NET to the open source Java-based platform. Working with client development resources, MATRIX executed the Scrum development process to manage priorities in the delivery of key functionality for the new portal. MATRIX was assigned resource access to the Client environment. Our team evaluated how the application and database were configured and addressed the error and performance deficiencies that were identified.
