The MATRIX approach to each client engagement ensures “zero surprises” during solution implementation. Our Delivery Management Office is structured to provide each level within the client organization a single point of contact within MATRIX to address and resolve issues. Each client is assigned an Engagement Manager from the Delivery Management Office who helps with the following:
- Maintaining focus on and identifying potential impacts to the established project scope
- Ensuring the necessary resources are available and present at the appropriate times through the project life cycle
- Monitoring project activities to ensure resource usage meets delivery schedule and budget needs
- Ensuring issues which can negatively impact solution delivery are proactively identified and resolved
